Caffe Latte

What will you need:

  • - 1 tablespoon L'don coffe
  • - 1 cup whole milk

Let's get it started

  • Prepare espresso shot and pour into mug once brewed. In a separate container, froth heated milk and optional sweetener using your preferred method. Enhance your frothing skills by visiting our milk frothing guide. Then gently pour your frothed milk into your mug until it’s almost full. Finally, spoon any remaining foam onto the top of your beverage. Enjoy!

Cappucino

What will you need:

  • - 2 tablespoons finely ground dark roast coffee
  • - 4 ounces water
  • For the Foamed Milk:
  • 4 ounces milk

Let's get it started

  • Make espresso using a coffee machine and pour it into the base of your cup. Steam the milk with the steamer attachment so that it has around 4-6cm of foam on top. Hold the jug so that the spout is about 3-4cm above the cup and pour the milk in steadily. As the volume within the cup increases, bring the jug as close to the surface of the drink as possible whilst aiming to pour into the centre. Once the milk jug is almost touching the surface of the coffee, tilt the jug to speed up the rate of pour. As you accelerate, the milk will hit the back of the cup and start naturally folding in on itself to create a pattern on the top. Dust the surface with a little cocoa powder if you like.

Coffee Americano

What will you need:

  • - 2 shots of espresso L'don Espresso Roast Whole Bean Coffee
  • - 250 ml of hot water

Let's get it started

  • Fill a mug approx 2/3rds full with hot water. Brew a single or double espresso (as per taste or order) directly into the mug containing hot water. Enjoy your Americano!

Flat white

What will you need:

  • - 1 shots of L'don Espresso
  • 2 ounce hot cocoa mix (approximately 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon)

Let's get it started

  • Prepare 2 shots of espresso and pour into a mug. Froth whole milk using your preferred method. For more information on how to froth your milk, see our frothing guide here. Gently pour your frothed milk into your mug until it’s almost full, then focus on the middle of your mug and pour a little faster so the foam will come out without moving your pitcher. As the foam starts to come out, continue to pour until you get a dot in the middle. Feel free to try your hand at latte art!

Hot chocolate

What will you need:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup of delicious L'don brewed coffee
  • Marshmallows for topping

Let's get it started

1. In a medium sized saucepan, combine the milk, cocoa powder, and semi sweet chocolate, and bring to a simmer. Lightly whisk until the chocolate has completely melted. Do not let hot chocolate come to a boil.
2. Add delicious L’don brewed coffee
3.Pour into servings mugs and top with marshmallows.
